As Martin said, I lost 22lbs in 27 days. It was there to lose…there is only one way to lose weight and that is to eat fewer calories than you burn. However for me the key was understanding what drove poor eating habits and addressing them. In doing this I hope to be able to sustain a more healthy relationship with food and avoid seesawing weight issues. And that is where hypnotherapy has helped.

I have been seeing Martin for his weight loss programme. I can’t recommend him highly enough. I had 6 stone to lose, as someone who has always struggled with my weight, I so wish I had done this hypnotherapy years ago. The weight is falling off and I have so much more energy than before. I had attributed tiredness to my heart failure, but losing weight has Much improved how I feel. I now eat healthy low-carbohydrate meals and take plenty of exercise. The hypnotherapy has given me the mindset to make simple but positive changes to my lifestyle. It’s how I’m going to be from now on. I took early retirement due to my health, now I’m getting back to working as a nurse, something I miss.
